2. How We Use Your Information We use the images and facial data you provide strictly for the following purposes:

• To generate your requested restored, enhanced, or colorized photos.
• To process the repair of scratches, tears, and fading using our AI technology.

3. AI Processing and Data Handling

• Secure Service: Photo Restore App utilizes secure AI processing technology. We do not send your images, facial data, or personal information to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Midjourney, or others) for data harvesting or model training.
• Processing: Image processing is performed securely on our servers.
• Data Retention: The original photos you upload, as well as the restored outputs, are retained only for the short duration necessary to process and generate the final image. Once the output is successfully generated and delivered to your device, the original source image and the result are permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store your face data for identification or tracking purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifying information, images, or face data to outside parties, advertisers, or third-party AI providers.
