These images may contain personal biometric data (facial features) necessary for our AI to accurately map virtual clothing onto your photo.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the images and facial data you provide strictly for the following purposes:

• To generate your requested "Virtual Try-On" or "Avatar" images.
• To process the transformation of clothing using our proprietary AI technology.

3. AI Processing and Data Handling

• Proprietary Service: OutfitLab utilizes its own proprietary AI processing technology. We do not send your images, facial data, or personal information to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Midjourney, or others) for processing or model training.
• Processing: Image processing is performed on our secure servers.
• Data Retention: The original photos you upload are retained only for the short duration necessary to generate the output image. Once the output is generated and delivered to your device, the original source image is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store your face data for identification purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifying information, images, or face data to outside parties or third-party AI providers.

We may disclose personal information only when required to by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security What data we store, we protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. We use standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) when transmitting your photos to our servers.

6. Third-Party Links Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services (specifically, the ability to generate AI outfits).
