1. Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how FaceForm ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in relation to our mobile services, including the FaceForm mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

2. Information We Collect We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

The types of information we may collect include:

• Face Data: When you use FaceForm for analysis, you provide: Facial Photographs (images you upload). Our system then generates Derived Facial Analysis Data (landmarks, shape, symmetry, ratios, etc.) from these photos using our AI technology.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, such as features used and engagement time. This data is typically anonymized or aggregated.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information (e.g., device type, operating system version) for troubleshooting and service optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To Provide Our Services - Face Data Usage: Your Face Data is used by our own AI service only to perform the analysis you request, generate personalized insights about your facial geometry, provide style recommendations (hairstyles, glasses) based on the analysis, offer informational and entertainment features (e.g., Animal Archetype, Celebrity Feature Similarities), and allow you to save your analysis history locally on your device if you choose. All analysis and recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not intended as medical advice.
• To Communicate with You: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, or send you important notices about the Service.
• To Maintain and Improve the Service: To monitor and analyze usage, fix bugs, and develop new features.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not share your personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

• Face Data Processing by Our Service: To analyze your face, your uploaded photographs are securely transmitted to and processed by our own secure AI service. This processing is done solely for the purpose of conducting the AI-driven analysis and generating your results. Our service processes the photo to extract facial features. We do not store your original photographs on our servers after the analysis is complete and the results have been sent to your device. The photographs are automatically deleted from our processing systems. We do not share your photographs or derived facial analysis data with any external third parties for their independent use, marketing, or advertising.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Service Providers (Non-AI related): We may employ third-party companies and individuals for tasks not directly related to core AI face data processing (e.g., analytics for app usage if anonymized, customer support platforms if used). These third parties would only have access to your Personal Information necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Storage and Retention We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service or as required by law.

• Face Data Retention: Original photographs are processed by our own AI service for the sole purpose of analysis and are not stored by FaceForm on our servers after this process is complete and results are sent to your device. They are automatically deleted from our processing systems once the analysis is sent to your device. The derived facial analysis data and a copy of your photograph (if you choose to save an analysis) are stored locally on your device within the app's secure storage. This locally stored data remains on your device until you manually delete the specific history entry from within the app or until you uninstall the app. You have full control over the deletion of your saved analysis history within the app.
• Other Personal Information: We retain other personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

6. Data Security We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes using secure transmission protocols for data sent to our AI processing service and protecting data stored locally on your device. However, no internet transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.
